Nuance requires customers to meet one of the following qualifications to be considered eligible for academic pricing. Nuance will determine eligibility at its sole discretion: 1. Accredited public or private K-12 institution, college, university, or vocational school; 2. School districts; 3. Administrative offices of an accredited institution; 4. Boards of education; 5. Faculty and staff of accredited institutions with photo identification or proof of current employment. Institutions NOT eligible for educational pricing: 1. Non-accredited schools, colleges, and universities; 2. Churches; 3. Software training institutes; 4. Hospitals (including university hospitals); 5. Libraries.
Government eligibility requires verification of federal, state, or local government identification.

Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9.5 cannot be installed on 64-bit Windows XP/Vista operating systems and will prompt the user with an error message stating the operating system is not supported.
Note: Dragon NaturallySpeaking can be installed on systems using 64-bit processors where a 32-bit OS is used.
